Brewing 101 IPA RootBeer Want to learn about the home brewing process? This class will get you started! Session 7: Wed., May 22 – 6:30-8:00 p.m. Thurs., May 23 – 6:30-9:00 p.m. Badger High School Room 321 Class Fee: $10.00/ person Introductory Materials Fee: $20.00** LIMITED TO 12 PARTICIPANTS Participants MUST BE 21 years of age – ID Required. On night one, participants will learn the steps of brewing as well as the history of beer. On night two in the culinary arts lab, participants will create “wort,” the basis of beer, which will be taken home for the fermentation process. **Registrations in groups of two are encouraged. Only one material fee is charged per group of 2. Bring material fee check to the first night of class. Material fee check payable to Lake Geneva Brewing Emporium. |
